I want to be His faithful servant .
Howdy. I'm Mikaela and this is my blog. I am a sophomore at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. I am studying Advertising and Public Relations. I come from the lovely town of Hendersonville, Tennessee. It's about 20 minutes north of Nashville so you could say that I have some country in my heart. Okay maybe a lot.
[I'm a sucker for cherry coke. Dance parties make me sweat. I thrive for capturing Kodak moments. Take me on a road trip and fly me across this planet. Bo Jangles is my fuel. I don't like crying. My weaknesses are driving and laughing at my own jokes. But I really like driving. And laughing. I love creamer with coffee in it. Simplicity excites me. Honestly, the true inspiration of this blog is my favorite color, yellow. If I stay up for more than 24 hours in a row I can run 4 miles in record speed. I kinda have a thing for long roads with green pastures on the side. One of my favorite songs may have the word "ticks" in the lyrics. If I nap, I will nap for no less than 7 hours. I live on a Christmas tree farm. I like shouting in an overly obnoxious southern accent. I try to be hipster, but I never pull it off. I get crazy past 8pm. I'm allergic to red dye but eat it almost every day.]
I have a long way to go, but I want to take you on this journey of becoming more like Jesus. Through The Radiant, my prayer is to be a better encourager, a better friend, and a better disciple of Jesus. I want to outshine my flesh and pursue godliness. I want to R A D I A T E the bright Light of Christ.
[Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces. Psalm 34:5]
